Do not peel.\u00a0 Cut\u00a0 into\u00a0 small\u00a0 pieces.\u00a0 Remove seeds.\u00a0 Combine\u00a0 milk,\u00a0 alcohol\u00a0 and sugar. Add vanilla, oranges and lem\u00adons.\u00a0 Stir\u00a0 well\u00a0 with\u00a0 wooden\u00a0 spoon to\u00a0 dissolve\u00a0 sugar.\u00a0 Cover\u00a0 container with\u00a0 cloth\u00a0 or\u00a0 plastic.\u00a0 Let\u00a0 stand\u00a0 at room\u00a0 temperature\u00a0 for\u00a0 3\u00a0 weeks,\u00a0 stir\u00adring\u00a0 the\u00a0 mixture\u00a0 daily.\u00a0 Strain\u00a0 and discard\u00a0 fruit.\u00a0 Funnel\u00a0 through\u00a0 filter paper\u00a0 into\u00a0 bottles.\u00a0 Cork.\u00a0 Can\u00a0 be served immediately,\u00a0 or\u00a0 kept\u00a0 indefi\u00adnitely.<br \/>\n<strong>HONEY LIQUEUR<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Medaus krupnikas<\/em><br \/>\n1\u00a0 Tbsp.\u00a0 caraway seeds<br \/>\n10 cloves<br \/>\n10\u00a0 whole allspice<br \/>\n2-3 sticks\u00a0 cinnamon<br \/>\n1\u00a0 stick vanilla<br \/>\n2 pieces yellow ginger<br \/>\n2 pieces\u00a0 white ginger<br \/>\n10 cardamom\u00a0 seeds<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 \u00a0 nutmeg<br \/>\n2-3 strips orange rind<br \/>\n2-3 strips\u00a0 lemon\u00a0 rind<br \/>\nPinch\u00a0 o f saffron<br \/>\n4 cups\u00a0 water<br \/>\n2 lbs.\u00a0 honey<br \/>\n1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 qt.\u00a0 grain\u00a0 alcohol<br \/>\nCrack\u00a0 cardamom\u00a0 seeds\u00a0 and\u00a0 nut\u00admeg.\u00a0 Boil\u00a0 them,\u00a0 spices,\u00a0 rind,\u00a0 and water\u00a0 in\u00a0 covered\u00a0 pot\u00a0 until\u00a0 liquid\u00a0 is reduced\u00a0 to\u00a0 about\u00a0 2\u00a0 cups.\u00a0 Strain.Bring honey to a\u00a0 boil,\u00a0 skimming off foam.\u00a0 Pour\u00a0 first\u00a0 liquid\u00a0 into\u00a0 honey.
